The fee for this service is £85 (+VAT) and includes:-
- Organising a Company Bank Account
- Registering the Company for VAT & PAYE
- Advising on the optimum share structure of the Company
- Complete company formation service with all legal requirements so that you can start trading as a limited company.
You will receive the following:
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Certificate of Renunciation of subscriber share
- Certificate of Non Trading
By completing the form we can form the company on your behalf and issue an invoice directly to the company.
